A unique 3 Step process for Termite Control Treatment,
It ensures Guaranteed protection against all types of Termites.
Drilling
Ground Floors
3 inch holes will be drilled through the cemented floor surface at the lowest floor level (e.g. ground floor). The holes are located slightly away from the vertical wall surface and are spaced at a distance of one foot, depending on the chemicals used and the applicability of the site. The positioning of the drill-holes are determined by the surveyor and finalized on-site by our technicians.
First Floor & Onwards
We will drill 3 inch hole with a diameter of 6MM around the wooden fixtures i.e. Door Panel, Window Panel, Wardrobe etc. it will be spaced at a distance of One foot. The positioning of the drill-holes are determined by the surveyor and finalized on-site by our technicians.

Injecting
We will Inject the drilled holes with our proprietary Termiticide solution which is a mixture of at least 5 chemicals. We use this to ensure that we cover all the variety and stages of termite infestation. This is non-toxic compound and is 95% Odorless and colourless. The drilled holes are then sealed with a mixture of our medicine and white cement.
Coating
As an added measure we will treat all the wooden furniture in your household and apply a preventive coating. This ensures that any further termite infestation can be avoided. This coating does not leave any marks on your furniture. This will not cost anything extra and is included in our package.

Signs of Termite Infestation

Mud tubes on wall
Subterranean termites build shelter tubes made of mud, dirt and debris in order to travel to and fro the food source without being seen. These tubes are about the size of a coin and are usually found on exterior and interior walls leading up to the entry points of the building.

Papery or hollow sounding timber
Termites usually consume woods from the inside out, leaving a thin veneer of timber or paint. So when you knock or tap on an area that has termite damages, it will sound hollow or papery due to parts (or all) of the timber having been eaten away.

Tunnels in the wood
Also known as 'galleries' which are quite difficult to see from the outside.

Sightings of termite swarmer (flying termites) or discarded wings
Usually the first sign of infestation noticed by property owners are the presence of swarmer or alates. Another common indication is the remnants of discarded wings on windowsills and floors. While they may quickly disappear after they found their mating partner, the identical and disembodied wings are sure signs of an indoor termite swarm.

Tight fitting door or hard to open window
As termites devour timber, their excrement or ‘mud’ creates a protective environment that traps heat and moisture. This causes timber to swell, making it harder to open or close the infested windows and doors.
