This website is operated by AdAstra Marketing Pvt.Ltd.(Pest-Vigil). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AdAstra Marketing Pvt.Ltd.(Pest-Vigil). AdAstra Marketing Pvt.Ltd.(Pest-Vigil) offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including Email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing, (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails/Text Message about our services, new products and other updates.

Terms of Service
  1. Customer undertakes to ensure the co-operation of the residents/employees/members of the society/corporate/residence as the case may be for moving the furniture to enable Pest-Vigil technician to carry out treatment. All rooms/cabins/flats in the house/society/corporate as the case may be should be made available for servicing as and when required. Failure to do so will be treated as a service rendered and no refund shall accrue on customer’s account.

  2. Every visit by Pest-Vigil Technicians will be made within reasonable time from receipt of an enquiry and will be made during working hours of Pest-Vigil Service team and no visits will be made on a gazetted Holidays. In the event such a service is provided additional amount will be charged.

  3. If at any time during the contract period the "Pest" against which the service is provided reappears subject to compliances and observations of the conditions and instructions thereto in the contracted premises the company shall carry out necessary service at no additional cost.

  4. Children, pets, senior citizen, asthmatic, allergic people should not be allowed during service and before thorough cleaning of the treated premises.

  5. Company shall not be liable for damages, death, injuries or any consequential damage of what so ever nature to any person or property, by using the service.

  6. The contract is for providing services in the premises covered under the contract. In the event of change of address a fresh contract needs to be entered into for providing the service as the case may be with payment of additional fees.

  7. Any service contract is neither terminable before the expiry period nor transferable.

  8. Contract charges are payable by Wallet, Cash or Cheque / DD favoring "AdAstra Marketing Private Limited" in advance and payment shall be released before commencement of contract period.

  9. In the event of any complaint, customers are requested to provide their name, address and contact number to the authorized Call Centre. Copy of receipt will need to be retained and produced to enable Pest-Vigil to verify & provide service.

  10. Pest-Vigil shall not be held responsible for any damages to interior and/or exterior structures of building/rooms/walls/cabins/flats as the case may be which may occur while performing the duty to provide service in the matter.

  11. Customer undertakes to keep a representative and/or the person present at all times while the treatment is being carried out as a matter of safety and/or the security to avoid any allegations of what so ever nature and such a representative / person shall be treated as the signing authority for service contract form in whose presence the treatment is carried out.

  12. Pest-Vigil will not be responsible for failure of service in the event, instructions given are not followed or treated areas are disturbed/washed, painted or uprooted.

  13. The services shall be valid for the duration of the contract period and shall lapse and not get carried forward if the customer fails to avail them in such period.

  14. Termite Treatment. (The following clauses pertain only to Termite treatment)

 

  • This treatment involves drilling above the skirting of the wall or at wall-floor junction either or both which the customer shall allow.

  • Before commencement of treatment, customers are requested to move the movable furniture 2 ft. away from the wall, empty all fixed wooden wardrobes, cabinets, wall units and other fixed wooden furniture. Pest-Vigil technicians are instructed not to handle customer's property.

  • Customers are requested to provide information to Pest-Vigil technician, location of the concealed electrical wiring/conduits, telephone cables, and plumbing pipes. This will help us to prevent any damages while drilling operations. Pest-Vigil does not take any responsibility for damage caused to property in absence of the above information.

  • The customers shall provide electrical power for use of electrical drill and sufficient water to prepare emulsion for the treatment. The customer shall also assist by providing access to reach heights including areas above false ceiling and lofts.

  • Customer shall not defer or deny Pest-Vigil’s service charges for areas which were not made available for drilling by customer and which Pest-Vigil technician did not treat.

  • Customer shall ensure that all premises in the customer contract are available for Pest-Vigil to carry out treatment. Also, the warranty shall be void for premises Pest-Vigil did not treat for limitations of access. Customer should not delay the amount payable to Pest-Vigil because some parts of the premises was locked, or some occupants of a residential community covered by the contract did not allow Pest-Vigil to do the treatment.

  • Pest-Vigil shall do re-treatment during check-up visits for termite control only if termites reappear.

  • Customer shall repair all leaking water pipes, failing which Pest-Vigil shall not be responsible for reduction in the efficacy of the termite treatment. Pest-Vigil technician shall not visit the customer’s premises in response to any complaint at such premises, unless the customer stops the leakage.

  •        The equipment used in drilling create noise, pesticides do have slight odor, and customers are requested to bear with the same. If customers have any patients/pets/children/senior citizens in the house, do not allow them to remain present while the treatment is in progress. They may be allowed to enter the premises after the premises is ventilated well and also cleaned with a dry cloth.

  • Please note that, sometimes customers may see live termites immediately after the treatment, based on the severity of existing infestation. The infestation subsides on contact with chemical over a period of time.

  • The treatments are scheduled as per mutually agreed time frame. The Company shall not be held responsible if the premises are not made available for the treatment on the scheduled date and time.

  • A service charge of ₹699/-+GST will be applicable if complaint service is availed after 6 months of Invoice generation.

 

 

  15. Rodent Control (The following clauses pertain only to Rodent Control)

  • Do not disturb the bait stations with poison/traps or tamper them as they are placed at the strategic locations/rodent runways.

  • Customers are requested to dispose the Glue Pad if they notice any dead rat or rat trapped in the same.

  • The company will recommend proofing measures to prevent entry and movement of rats within customer's premises. Failing do so will void the Warrant for the service.

   16. GPC Gold & GPC Gold+ (The following clauses pertain only to GPC Gold & GPC Gold+ services)

  • Do not clean / remove GEL spots from the place of application.

  • If possible, please empty the kitchen for an effective service.

  •  Use only Dry cloth for cleaning on completion of treatment.

 

  17. Cancellation Policy: Service once confirmed cannot be cancelled. However, a service can be rescheduled for other date within 24 hours from the service booked.

  18. Refund Policy: Customer is not entitled for any refund in part or full once the service is delivered. In the event of issues that may arise before delivery of service, customer can contact Pest-Vigil for full refund.

  19. Limitation of Post Service Warranty: Post service warranty is not applicable if the treatment is provided for any particular area and

not the complete household. This is applicable for all the services offered by Pest-Vigil.

  20. Modifications to the Services and Prices.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
